"Hidden Colours"

Vehicle colours are based on the first 8 bits, ranging 0-255. Therefore Hidden Colours range 128-255.

Hidden colours are not synced and most of them are different on each connection to sa-mp server. This leads to situations, when each player sees different colour on the same vehicle at the same time.

Colours outside of this range effectively wrap around(ex 256->0, 257->1...).
